2. Rights of the person concerned

2.1 Right to information according to Art. 15 DS-GVO

You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about whether we process data relating to you.

2.2 Right to rectification according to Art. 16 DS-GVO, right to erasure according to Art. 17. DS-GVO, right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DS-GVO, right to data transfer according to Art. 20 DS-GVO and the right to object according to Art. 21 DS-GVO

Furthermore, you have the possibility to assert the rights to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. You can also object to the processing of your data at any time.

2.3 Revocation in case of consent according to Art. 7 para. 3 DS-GVO

If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time for the future. However, your revocation only applies from the time you express it and has no retroactive effect. The use of your data up to this point remains lawful.

2.4 Your right to complain to the supervisory authority

3. Processing of your data when using this website

3.1 Logging

When you visit our website, the browser used on your end device automatically transmits information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

The following information is stored without your intervention:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Website from which the access is made (so-called referrer URL)
  • Browser type and version and other information transmitted by the browser (e.g. the operating system of your computer) and the language
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • the amount of data transferred in each case

The data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 I f) DS-GVO to ensure trouble-free operation of our pages and to evaluate system security and stability. The collected data will not be used to draw conclusions about your person.

The stored data is saved in the log files for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident.

4. General part of the privacy policy

4.1 Contact request / contact form

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. All information provided by you is voluntary. You must provide an e-mail address if you wish to receive a reply. The legal basis for processing the contact request and its handling is in the case of pre-contractual or already contractual relationship Art. 6 I 1 b) DS-GVO or in the case of other requests Art. 6 I f) DS-GVO.

The storage of your data is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 I a) DS-GVO. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations (e.g. in the case of subsequent contract processing).

Since you have given your consent, we would like to inform you that you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, Art. 7 III DS-GVO. If you wish to exercise this option of revocation, please contact us.

To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, it is encrypted during data transmission using TLS technology.

5. External service providers

For the operation of this website we use the services of a service provider specialized in web hosting and are supported by an advertising agency for the maintenance of the pages. Upon request, we will provide you with a detailed overview of the service providers we use. Data is not passed on to other service providers.
